Day 6 - Saeterelvtinden - 872m

our last stop in the evening sun ...


... the mountains are glowing in red. Amongst them are Steinfjellet and Stetinden (summits of day 4 and day 5)


in the morning another group arrived and left 1.5h before us. We met them at the top.


For a final time Charles transfered us to shore in the little dingy. There was always the risk of a additional bath.

Day 4 - Steinfjellet - 1120m

here are pictures of our tour on Wednesday April 8. We ascended the "Steinfjellet" with a summit of 1120m. It was a spectacular tour with great snow.

We are starting our ascent through a brich tree forrest. Mecki is impressed ...

Then ascent is easy along the rim at the edge of a huge snowfield.


After lunch break we make great progress (500m up in less than an hour).

Day 03 - Storgalten - 1219m
